Free returns come with an environmental cost. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to carefully select the sizes and colors you are ordering. If you are unsure regarding the sizes, please use our size charts for reference.
Please be aware, that if you want to return your order, you will have to pay for their return. We highly recommend insured shipping, since we can not offer you a refund if your refund package is damaged, opened or gets lost on the way.
Once your items arrive at our office and all items meet the refund requirements, we will send you your refund via your original payment method.
Free shipping is dependent on the value of your order. If the value of your order exceeds a certain limit (see shipping information), we will send our items without any additional costs. However, we reserve the right to deduct the cost for shipping, should you decide to return some items, and therefore drop below the order value necessary for free shipping.
If you return all items of the order, we will also refund you the shipping costs.
We will gladly offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase, based on the following conditions:
Returns can be made within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day, the goods were delivered to you.
Your return will be processed within two weeks of being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.
We accept the return of underwear in unworn and unwashed condition. If you want to check the fit of our underwear, we suggest you to wear another pair underneath. We can’t accept the return if items have remnants of makeup, deodorant, or staining/dirt on them.
Note: sale items/ special offers are not eligible for return or refund.
We hope that you love our garments so much that you will keep them. However, Wir hoffen natürlich, dass dir unsere Sachen so gut gefallen und passen, dass du sie behältst. However, sometimes a garment does not fit right or does not comply with your expectations and you want to exchange it. If this is the case please return your item within 14 days for a refund and place a new order in our online shop.
Which items are excluded from returns?
Our warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials. However it does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials through time.

- clear picture of the damaged area
- a copy of the receipt/invoice (if possible)
3rd Party Returns
Matona products purchased at independent stores and online shops must be returned to the location where they were purchased. We only accept returns for clothing purchased at our online shop (www.matona.at/en/shop).
